It means our registry has already logged a scan against this code. If you’re the original buyer and just verifying for fun, this is fine. If this is your first scan on a pack you bought sealed, the seal may have been opened before it reached you — please email us a photo of the pack and we’ll replace it.

Open the tub. On the inside of the lid you’ll find a silver scratch panel. Scratch it off (the way you would a lottery ticket) and you’ll see an 18-character code in the format BB-XX-YYYY-XXXX-XXXX. Type it into the field above.

The batch number identifies the lot we manufactured (e.g. BB/WI/26/0412) — it’s the same across all 1,500–2,500 tubs in that production run, and it’s how we link your pack to its lab report. The unique code identifies your individual tub — it’s unique per pack and single-use, so it doubles as anti-counterfeit.

An independent, NABL-accredited third-party lab (currently Eurofins Analytical in Bengaluru). We don’t self-certify the headline tests — heavy metals, microbials, and banned-stimulants screening are done outside our facility. Each report is signed by both the lab and our QC head.

Yes — every batch we’ve ever manufactured is queryable on this page by anyone, forever. That’s the point. Try BB/WI/26/0412 or BB/PW/26/0420.

It doesn’t leave the plant. Batches that fail any spec are quarantined and either re-tested, re-processed, or destroyed — never shipped to customers. If a failure is discovered post-ship (rare), we recall by batch number and contact every buyer in that lot.
