- These terms and conditions apply to all products sold by Bal Bharat.
- By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms in full.
Products
- All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
- We strive to ensure that products are accurately described and depicted on our website. Slight variations in colour, size, and design may occur.
Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders
- Orders can be placed through our website or authorised retailers.
- You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been placed.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, or paid in the case of COD at the time of delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 2 days of receipt for exchange.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
Warranty
- Our products come with a 2-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
- Bal Bharat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
- Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Ahmedabad.
- Any disputes arising from these terms or the purchase of our products will be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad.

Overview
Subject to the terms below, you may request a cancellation, return, refund, or exchange for any order placed on www.thebalbharat.com (including its mobile site and app, collectively the “Website”).
To initiate a request, please email us at support@thebalbharat.com with your order ID and details of the issue.
When You Can Apply
You may request:
- Order Cancellation — before your order has been shipped.
- Refund for Non-Delivery — if your order has not been delivered within the expected time frame.
- Return / Refund / Exchange — if you received a defective or damaged product, the product is materially different from what you ordered, there is a quality or packaging concern upon delivery, or there was a significant delay in delivery due to our logistics partner.
- Change of Mind Returns — you may request a return for unused, sealed, and intact products within the allowed timelines.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
We cannot accept a return, refund, or exchange if:
- The product has been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.
- The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
- The product causes personal dislike, change in taste, or sensitivity reactions after use.
- You are unable to provide proper proof (photos / video) of the issue.
- The returned item does not match the original product delivered.
Return & Refund Process
Timelines to raise a request:

- Order ID and a short description of the issue.
- Clear images or videos of the product or package.
- Your contact details for follow-up.
Once we verify the issue, our team will confirm whether the return / refund / exchange request is approved.
Return Shipping
- All approved returns must be packed securely with the original packaging and invoice.
- Pickup will be arranged by Bal Bharat’s logistics partner in eligible cases.
- Return shipping is free for approved claims.
- If you return a product not purchased directly from thebalbharat.com, we will not be responsible for its loss or processing.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days of approval.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond our control, but we’ll assist wherever possible.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed within 2 business days from our facility in Ahmedabad. We ship pan-India only — no international, no P.O. boxes.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM IST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (approximately ₹50–150).
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier load, weather, or address issues.
Shipping Destinations
- Bal Bharat ships to addresses within India.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO / FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Bal Bharat is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- Bal Bharat is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
We do not accept international orders. For delivery enquiries outside India, please email us at support@thebalbharat.com.
